yourcompany.citohr.com
Each company gets its own address. People sign in there, and they see that company’s employees, documents, and leave. Another customer’s records are not on the same site.

A name people can remember
Bookmarks and invitation emails point at your subdomain, not a generic login shared with every other company.
A separate set of records
Employees, policies, and documents for your organisation stay on that site. Signing in to one company does not open another company’s HR data.
HTTPS on that address
The subdomain is served over HTTPS. Branding on the page can show your company name so people know they are in the right place.
