How it works
Add CitoHR as an MCP server in your assistant's connector settings, sign in when prompted, and start asking HR questions in the tools your team already trusts.
Questions it can answer
- How much holiday do I have left?
- What is the status of my leave request?
- Who is in my team, and which department are they in?
- Which policies has the company published?
External assistants connect with native MCP support. The connection is read-only: profile, leave, the team directory for managers, and policy names. It does not open policy files or change records.
Questions a person still answers
Whether to dismiss someone, whether a visa covers a role, or how to run a grievance is not a chatbot task. If the written policy does not say, the assistant should say so. Point people at the policy library and at a manager when the document is silent.
MCP is included on Pro and Pro Plus, including an active trial. The Free plan does not include external agents.
