Feedback System
Foster a culture of continuous improvement with CitoHR's feedback system.
CitoHR's Feedback System enables employees to give and receive feedback, recognize achievements, and provide constructive input. Feedback can be given anonymously or with attribution, and includes rating capabilities for quantitative assessment.
Feedback Overview
The feedback page displays statistics about your feedback activity, including feedback given (number of feedback items you've given this month), feedback received (number of feedback items you've received this month), and average rating (average rating of feedback you've received).
Giving Feedback
Click "Give Feedback" to provide feedback to a colleague. You'll need to provide:
- Recipient - The person you're giving feedback to
- Type - Feedback type (e.g., Recognition, Improvement, General)
- Rating - Optional rating (1-5 stars)
- Message - Your feedback message
- Anonymous - Option to send feedback anonymously
Feedback Types
Feedback can be categorized into different types:
- Recognition - Positive feedback recognizing achievements and contributions
- Improvement - Constructive feedback for growth and development
- General - General feedback or comments
Viewing Feedback
The feedback page displays recent feedback you've received, feedback you've sent to others, and feedback statistics. Each feedback item shows the sender (if not anonymous), rating, message, and date. You can filter feedback by type, date range, and rating.
Feedback Privacy
When giving feedback, you can choose to send it anonymously. Anonymous feedback helps create a safe environment for honest communication. However, some organizations may require non-anonymous feedback for certain types of reviews.
