Employee Directory
Find and contact colleagues using the employee directory with CitoHR.
The Employee Directory provides a searchable list of all employees in your organization. You can search by name, position, or department to quickly find colleagues and view their contact information.
Searching the Directory
Use the search bar to find employees by:
- Name - Search by employee name
- Position - Search by job title or position
- Department - Search by department name
The search is case-insensitive and will match partial text, making it easy to find employees even if you don't know their exact name or title.
Filtering by Department
Click on a department button to filter the directory to show only employees in that department. Click "All" to remove the filter and show all employees. The active filter is highlighted to show which department is currently selected.
Employee Cards
Each employee is displayed in a card showing:
- Profile Picture - Employee's profile photo
- Name - Full name of the employee
- Position - Job title or position
- Department - Department name
- Email - Email address (clickable)
- Phone - Phone number (if available)
Contacting Employees
Click on an employee's name or card to view their full profile (if you have permission). You can also:
- Click the email address to open your email client
- Click the phone number to call (on mobile devices)
- View additional contact information from their profile
Directory Privacy
The directory shows information that employees have chosen to make visible. Some employees may have restricted certain information from being displayed in the directory. Contact information visibility is controlled by individual privacy settings.
