Manage employee training programs and track development with CitoHR.

CitoHR's Training & Development feature helps organizations manage training programs, track employee progress, and measure training effectiveness. Administrators can assign training, and employees can view their training history and requirements.

Training Overview

The training page displays statistics about your training, including total training courses assigned, completed courses, in-progress courses, and upcoming training.

Training Management (Administrators)

Administrators can manage training programs with:

  • Training course creation and configuration
  • Training provider management
  • Training type categorization
  • Training category organization
  • Cost tracking and budgeting

Training Assignment

Administrators can assign training to employees with individual or bulk assignment, start and end date configuration, training provider information, cost allocation, and automatic notifications.

Training List

The training list displays all courses assigned to you with the following information:

  • Course Name - Name of the training course
  • Type - Training type (e.g., Online, In-Person, Workshop)
  • Provider - Training provider or organization
  • Start Date - When the training starts
  • End Date - When the training ends
  • Status - Current status (Not Started, In Progress, Completed, etc.)
  • Outcome - Training outcome or result (if completed)

Training Status

Training courses can have the following statuses:

  • NOT_STARTED - Training has been assigned but not yet started
  • IN_PROGRESS - Training is currently in progress
  • COMPLETED - Training has been completed
  • CANCELLED - Training was cancelled

Training Outcomes

When training is completed, administrators can record the outcome, which may include pass/fail status, grade or score, certificate issued, and skills acquired.

Click on a training course to view detailed information, including full course description, learning objectives, prerequisites, duration and schedule, cost information, and completion requirements.

Training Reports

Generate comprehensive training reports including:

  • Completion rates by course, department, and employee
  • Training costs and ROI analysis
  • Provider performance evaluation
  • Training outcomes and skills development
