My Profile

The My Profile page allows you to view and update your personal information, employment details, and other profile data. Your profile is organized into sections for easy navigation.

Profile Sections

Your profile is organized into the following sections:

• Personal - Personal information, contact details, and basic data
• Emergency Contacts - Emergency contact information
• Employment - Employment details, department, and role
• Leave & Attendance - Leave balance, entitlements, and attendance records
• Salary - Salary information (view-only for employees)
• Benefits - Employee benefits and entitlements
• Settings - Account settings and preferences

Updating Your Profile

You can update certain fields in your profile:

• Personal Information - Name, phone number, address, and other personal details
• Emergency Contacts - Add, edit, or remove emergency contacts
• Profile Picture - Upload or update your profile picture
• Account Settings - Password, email preferences, and notification settings

Some fields, such as employment details, salary, and benefits, are managed by administrators and cannot be edited directly by employees. Contact your administrator if you need to update these fields.

Profile Picture

You can upload or update your profile picture from the Personal section. Click on your current profile picture (or the placeholder) to upload a new image. The system supports common image formats (JPG, PNG, etc.) and will automatically resize the image if needed.

Emergency Contacts

You can manage your emergency contacts from the Emergency Contacts section. Add new contacts, edit existing ones, or remove contacts that are no longer needed. Each emergency contact should include:

• Full name
• Relationship to you
• Phone number
• Email address (optional)

Account Settings

The Settings section allows you to:

• Change your password
• Update your email address
• Configure notification preferences
• Manage privacy settings
