Accounting Software

Sync payroll data with your accounting software to eliminate manual data entry and ensure accuracy.

Setup

Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Accounting Software. Select your platform and follow the authentication flow to connect your account. Once connected, payroll data will automatically sync after each payroll run.

Email Providers

Send emails directly from CitoHR using your existing email provider.

  • Gmail / Google Workspace
  • Microsoft Outlook / Office 365
  • SMTP (any email server)

Configuration

Configure email settings in Settings → Integrations → Email. For OAuth providers like Gmail and Outlook, use the built-in authentication. For SMTP, provide your server details and credentials.
