Slack integration

The Slack integration is designed for teams that want HR activity to stay visible inside their existing communication workflow.

What it does

  • Sends HR notifications from CitoHR into Slack
  • Keeps approval and operational updates visible in team channels
  • Helps teams see important HR activity without leaving Slack

How to set it up

  1. In CitoHR, go to Admin.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Connectors.
  4. Choose the option to connect Slack workspace.
  5. Complete the Slack OAuth flow and approve the requested scopes agreement.

After connecting

After the workspace is connected, you can use Slack to surface CitoHR notifications in the channels your team already monitors.
